The Itinerary & Experience
Day 1 in Negombo
Unwind by the pool or just hop in to the beach or simply relax. Stay in a comfortable guest house near the beach.
Day 2, 3 and 4 in Kandy
Three days of pure and unique local experience in the rural villages in Kandy exploring the quaint villages, swimming in waterfalls, river bathing, exploring Kandyan home gardens, taking local bus rides, visiting village Montessori, Tea estate experience and spend some time with local children in their homes. Stay in a rustic mountain lodge.
Day 5, 6 and 7 in Habarana
Explore the historical highlights such as Polonnaruwa ruins by cycles and climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Take a guided tour of primates of Sri Lanka and be guided by an experienced naturalist to see the Elephants in the wild at Minneriya National Park. Stay in a small guest house.
Day 8 in Wilpattu
Swim in an organic swimming pool by the nature and spend a leisurely afternoon amidst the wilderness. Stay in a simple safari Lodge.
Day 9 in Negombo
Go safari in Wilpattu National Park to see Sloth Bears and elusive Leopard. Stay the last night in Negombo, closer to the airport in a simple guest house closer to the beach.
Day 10 - Departure
An experiential journey comes to an end, a learning journey in the natire and quality time spent with your family, see you soon in Sri Lanka. After this trip, we can offer you an extension to Maldives for a beach stay in a Family friendly Luxury Resort or in a simple guest house in a residential Island.
